This was a interesting story about moving away from home to go to college and all the things that happen when you start a new chapter in life.
This story revolves around high school graduate Lori moving to a sea-side town to attend college, as well as work and live in his uncle’s dive shop. It all seems golden as he meets the other guys from the diving club. The men in the diving club like to get drunk, play dumb games, and most of the time wind up nude. Just like Lori I would blow away and need to go for a long walk. The divers at the shop get away with their antics easily and do their best to make Lori feel at home with them.
I found this book to be a very amusing coming of age manga and Lori has to learn to get along in the new culture that he now finds himself in. Things do get a little better for Lori, but just when things are turning around for him the divers mess things up again.
I am looking forward to see what happens in the new manga and to see how the story moves forward. I feel there may be more hardships in his future, but more joy too. All I can do is wait and see.
