The story in this book has gotten more interesting. We learn more about Ko and Nazuna’s relationship. Nazuna kissed Ko on the lips for the first time and that made Ko think that Nazuna was starting fall in love with him. But she just wanted to kiss him to make him feel a little better. Yes, it was just a pity kiss.
I started to relate to Ko. I can understand how he will do anything to get Nazuna to fall in love with him and turn him into a vampire. Too bad for him that Nazuna just wants to be with him to feed off of him and be his friend.
I enjoyed the part of the story of when Nazuna dressed up as a nurse and gave Ko a long massage just to get interrupted by one of Nazuna’s previous customers that she had given a massage to and fed on earlier. The lady needed to get that feeling again. So Ko had to put the nurse outfit on and give the lady a massage. He also gave her some words of encouragement like Nazuna had previously. I thought this section was really cute and showed the trust between Nazuna and Ko.
Also I found it interesting when Nazuna went to a public bath as she waited for Ko to get hold of her. When Ko got a hold of Nazuna, she had not fixed her hair yet. So when Ko saw her he did not recognize her, she looked like a totally different lady. They both hung out and had fun, but to Ko it was like this Nazuna was a whole new lady. That night they had more fun that they did before.
I felt like that part of the book was really touching and I have been there. Some times just having someone let down their hair can change the whole look and attitude of a person.
